Q: What is your Return and Refund Policy? 
A: Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED/UNOPENED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), in a form of store credit. 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Change of mind on your part does not entitle you to a refund or exchange.

Shipping fees are not refunded unless your item was not yet shipped when you requested cancellation.


If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process a store credit for the original price of the item as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. 

Q. What will I do if I received a damaged product. 
A: Please contact us immediately and send a picture together with the entire packaging at GoKikayPH@gmail.com as a proof.

Q. How can I be assured that the item will reach our place?
A. We have Cash on Delivery options so you can make your payment once the item hits your doorsteps. 

Q: Can you deliver to my Province? 
A. We can deliver almost anywhere. Shipping time is around 3-20 business days. 

Q: I made a mistake on my order. 
A: Please contact us ASAP at GoKikayPH@gmail.com or message us on Facebook at @GoKikayPH. We can only make changes to orders that are ordered in less than 8 hours. If it is more than 8 hours that passed, then there is a less chance that we can make any changes. 

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one, where is the rest of my order. 
A: We have a large assortment of products not stocked on hand, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once  they are on the way!

Q: How can I cancel my order? 
A: You can only cancel your order 8 hours upon ordering. We process all orders as fast as we can so if you want to cancel your order, let us know immediately at GoKikayPH@gmail.com or message us at Facebook @GoKikayPH. Please contact our FB page for a faster response time. If you ordered it more than 8 hours and if it has been shipped, unfortunately we can't cancel it anymore and make any changes.

 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
